Mercure Resort Day Pass fee of $20 per person is pre-paid at time of booking.

One Mercure Resort Day Pass per person, not transferable to other guests.

Please present at reception on arrival and departure of the resort.

No glass, food or beverage, eskies, cooler bags (or similar) can be brought into the resort grounds.

Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or behaving inappropriately. No refunds will be provided.

Swimming in the Resort pools and use of facilities is at the Mercure Resort Day Pass holder’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.  All children under the age of 16 years are to be accompanied by an adult.

All guests must adhere to the resort’s pool rules. No Lifeguard on duty.

Guests are responsible for their belongings, the resort will not be held liable for any loss

Dogs and other animals are not permitted in the pool areas.

No organised parties or large groups are permitted. Our Events team can arrange such events.

• Voucher valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase/issue.
• Vouchers must be used prior to the expiry date; the amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• The voucher is non-refundable and the amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
• A voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
• Bookings must be made directly with Mercure Gold Coast Resort’s reservations team – quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
• The voucher holder is responsible for ensuring the restaurant/day spa is open on the preferred date, and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee an appointment.
