Voucher valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase/issue.
Vouchers must be used prior to the expiry date; the amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
Bookings are subject to availability.
The voucher is non-refundable and the amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
A voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
Bookings must be made directly with Mercure Gold Coast Resort’s reservations team – quote the voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
The voucher holder is responsible for ensuring the restaurant/day spa is open on the preferred date and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee an appointment.
